NOW, not Today, not Yesterday, nor Tomorrow, but NOW is what we have. Breathe, Stay Present, Acknowledge what this moment is. Leave all anxieties, disappointments, should haves, would haves, could haves and remove them from this moment. Your transformation will not come about with the obsession of what has been or what can be, it will only come with you allowing yourself now to BE, and in BEING you will DO.
