  • 5 Cleans on the minute, 10 minutes (105#, 3 rounds; 125#, 2 rounds; 135#, 2 rounds; 115#, 3 rounds)

Met-Con, 7 rounds for time:

  • 7 Dead lifts (165#)
  • 14 Push ups

(4) 500m Row Intervals,  1:30 rest
